All of our flip-flops are imported from Brazil, 100% authentic & original. We assure you that all our flip-flops are made of high quality and brand new. Due to hygiene purposes, all flip-flops sold are strictly not returnable and/or refundable.
Availability of design, color & size will vary from time to time based on current demand & shipment schedule. Hence, if you're interested to buy any, do contact us as soon as possible.

Once we receive your order, we will send you Havies HA Maybank account number for you to remit your payment.

- Local Cheque at same or different bank (counter or machine)

- Outstation Cheque (meaning issued cheque and bank-in account is not from same state)

Kindly note that on the following provided time, we are dependant on Maybank payment/cheque/cash processing time.
Please take note:
1. Days listed above must be counted as working days (which does not include Saturday and Sunday currently)
2. Morning = bank opening hour till 2pm
3. Afternoon = after 2pm
After payment, please ensure that you inform us of your mobile number, collection method and payment method (transaction number). After payment is received, item ordered will be sent. Delivery will take 3 to 5 days, depending on your area / depending on Poslaju route.
Self collection is also available for Mont Kiara & KL Sentral Station (kindly ensure you inform us your choice):
- For KL Sentral Station, pick up point is at Madam Keeper, from 9am – 9pm daily (except public holidays). Madam Keeper is located in between RHB bank and Subway at Unit 3 Arrival Hall, KL City Air Terminal, KL Sentral Station
- For Mont Kiara, pick up point is every Sunday only (10:30am-11:30am). In front of Kiara Mart (4 Jalan Kiara 2, near Aman Mont Kiara), near the Sunrise Fun Zone.
Delivery charges will be charged depending on the items ordered based on Pos Laju rates
When/ How do i make payment and do you accept cash-on-delivery?
Once we confirm availability of stock & email you our bank details, pls bank in to MAYBANK with mobile number & inform us of payment made. No cash on delivery. Self collection is available at KL Sentral and Mont Kiara as termed or your choice for Pos Laju at your own risk.
What should i do after item received?
If you would like to share your thoughts or comments, you are most welcome to email us about your purchase experience. In the future, we may plan to post comments from buyers, as well as their photos with their Havaianas.
Can I order and request delivery outside of Malaysia ?

Q: What happen when the Poslaju postman comes when you're not at home?
A: They will send you a card asking you to self collect at their Poslaju branch. You may also call them to resend it.
Q: Does Poslaju deliver on Sunday?
A: No, except in Terengganu, Kelantan and Kedah
Q: How do I track overseas packages?
A: It is not possible
Q: What is the Pos Laju?
A: Poslaju is Malaysia's national courier. Poslaju caters to all segments of the business community and the general public. There are 37 Poslaju Centres nationwide. Q: Does Poslaju require a signature for all the mail/package no matter what size is it?
A: The new Pos laju form requires you to tick either "Document" or "Non-document". If you tick non-document, then you may have to declare its contents and sign it off too.
